Current Vacancy - Account Manager/Mobile
You will be responsible for managing a team of technical services personnel delivering:
• Monitoring and Reporting on the Delivery of a Planned Preventative Maintenance System, Inclusive of PPM, Reactive and Fabric tasks
• The Management of Portfolio Service Providers
• Management Implementation of Project Works
• The Implementation of Technical Health and Safety
• Responsible for the Financial Performance of the Portfolio with Emphasis on Debtors
• Delivery of Acuity Management Solutions Contractual requirements
The successful candidate will be a well organised individual, a 'self starter' who will take the lead in setting personal objectives. He/She will be an effective communicator who will be able to establish good working relationships with the team.
He/She will be committed to the pursuit of excellence in all matters affecting the performance within the Centre's, particularly in the field of customer service. They will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in this type of position, with particular emphasis on successfully leading and motivating a large team.
He/She will be conversant with employment law, legislative/statutory standards, be commercially and contractually aware and computer literate with a very good working knowledge of the technology involved with the operation of a modern building. They will be of sound educational background and possess some relevant technical qualification in an M&E discipline.
