Project Overview
As a major and distinguished landmark project within Wales, Acuity was responsible for the entire delivery, control and management of the procurement process on behalf of WMC throughout the following stages:
Inception - FM Strategy & RFI process via OJ & alignment with the Business Case
Development and Implementation - Preparation of specifications, SLA''s, KPI''s, Performance Management Model (all based on achieving ‘best value'' as a deliverable)
Completion - Tender issue & return, tender adjudication, supplier negotiations, appointment of preferred supplier & preparation of contract documentation.
WMC was pleased with the services delivered and with the outcome of the process, which, produced considerable savings against the original FM budget.
Acuity was retained by the WMC to deliver periodic ‘Compliance and Continual Improvement'' auditing, a process and methodology designed by Acuity to ensure contractual compliance and continual improvement by the FM Service Provider over the duration of the contract. Acuity also provides WMC with FM advice and professional support on all matters relating to FM services.
